Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Backend Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services that power our applications. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies, contribute to architectural decisions, and help shape the future of our platform
Job Responsibilities
- Rebuild GA4 tracking and develop Golang backend for tracking, validation, and security.
- Integrate reCAPTCHA v3 to prevent spam and enhance form security.
- Investigate and debug conflicts between existing scripts that may impact website performance.
- Optimize system performance and ensure efficient data flow between frontend tracking and backend processing.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and stakeholders to ensure accurate event tracking and data reporting.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure smooth deployment of systems in production.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in backend development using Golang in recent projects.
- Solid experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, plus caching technologies (Redis, Memcached).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization/ orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with REST APIs, logging, and data validation.
- Strong understanding of system design, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to thrive in an agile environment.
- Effective communication skills and strong team collaboration.
