Job description for MICE and Activation Officer at DKK Consulting
- Ensure the smooth execution of all operations related to Events, Talkshow, Conference, Webinar.
- Write project proposals for clients.
- Manage the event budget, direct costs, invoicing and accounts payable process.
- Solicit, select, negotiate and manage external vendors.
- Make recommendations for new vendors, consultants, venues and other external resources needed in the execution of events.
- Brainstorm, develop ideas and execute Multimedia Production such as Podcast or Creative Video Production.
- Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in events, conference, webinar, talkshow, activation and meeting planning; preferably within a professional services firm.
- Knowledge of the event and project management tools
- Time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure to ensure the efficient running of an event
- A team player with great communication skills
- Have good knowledge & experience in Multimedia production (such as Video Production, Podcast Production) is a plus
