Job description for Merchant Support at TokoTalk
- Has 360 degrees understanding on Tokotalk Product and Feature
- Directly assist seller for design set up until website launch
- Directly assist seller for uploading products to the platform as well as integrating the product data in most efficient way
- Manage seller’s expectation related on seller’s future need of their website
- Work closely with other department to deliver the best customer experience as well as meet the company’s KPI expectation
- Bachelor degree in Business or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented & Fast learner
- Able to work with deadlines
- Quick problem solver and Result oriented
- Good time management and Organizational skill
- Familiarity with design & video editing tools (Adobe, Canva, etc)
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Especially Excel; Pivot, Vlookup)
- Continuous learning attitude, plays an active role in the initiative run by the team
- Willingness to take responsibility and work with team & with little supervision
- Good communication skills
- Good written and spoken English are plus
