We are looking for Merchant Outreach Associate (1 permanent position) to join our team based in Malaysia, Penang.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Source and compile the list of potential merchants/restaurants information to Singapore Team
- Source and prospect to corporate clients or companies to market and advertise our (vouchers/rewards).
- Contact and prospect venue merchants to partner with our company
- Arrange appointments and pitch to potential leads on our service
- Establish and build a good relationship with current and potential partners
- Willing to push boundaries, execute new initiatives/projects and handle ad-hoc operations duties when required
Requirements:
- Education level: Bachelor’s Degree Level in any field
- Experience with E-commerce background preferred
- Ability to convert prospects and opportunities to sales
- Comfortable liaising with our partners over phone and emails
- Friendly and firm personality, team player, and able to thrive under minimal supervision
- Able to handle stress well, adapt to changes and maintain a positive attitude
- Need to work from home, possess own laptop/PC with good internet access

- Weekdays Mondays to Fridays, 9.15am to 6.15pm
