JOB
• Handle MEP systems (Electrical, Plumbing, AC)
• Perform maintenance & troubleshooting
• Ensure all systems run properly & efficiently
• Support villa readiness & daily operations
• Coordinate with team & vendors if needed
REQUIREMENTS
• Min. 2–3 years experience in MEP
• Understand electrical, plumbing & AC systems
• Able to handle maintenance & repair
• Basic English is a plus
• Responsible, hardworking & reliable
• Able to work 8 hours/day, 6 days/week
