- Working Location: 6th Floor, Tuong Viet Building, 95 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, HCMC, Vietnam
- Be the trusted advisor/ to-go person within the team and with clients for all things related to digital/ media
- Provide strategy/planning/approach to clients, across different digital platforms/ media platforms in order to achieve the brief’s objectives
- Set viable objectives and KPIs, and recommend/develop measurement methodology against all briefs
- Provide guidance to the team on planning, follow-up on operations, and optimization of digital campaigns to get the input to revise the strategy, planning, and approach for better results.
- Work with key media partners for implementation planning and negotiations (if any)
- Build up the media planning team from the scratch, from recruitment to development.
- Develop best practices/ framework and procedures/processes for media planning/proposal & operations for solutions/ verticals.
- Train media/account/.. team about these things above
- To update the team and clients on new trends and changes in the media landscape (e.g. new media vendors, new ad formats, etc.)
- Must have:Minimum 3 years of work experience in a media agency, client-side in-house team Solid experience in media planning and buying across all digital platforms, with hands-on experience in advertising technology platforms: FB, Google, Ad-network,… Highly evolved presentation and reporting skills, analytical skills & problem-solving skills are the MUSTs Entrepreneurial mindset – driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good to haveDemonstrated experience and success working in a client-facing role. Shows depth of understanding of the industry, business, brands, and consumers in client conversations. Experience in the execution of digital marketing campaigns Experience in integrated planning will be an advantage
