We are a pioneer agency company developing Martech products that deliver AI-powered solutions, enabling brands to grow through data-driven insights and creativity. Our product ecosystem spans content personalization, social data insights, and AI assistants for creative and strategy teams.
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the development of intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for our Martech platforms. You will play a key role in shaping the product experience, working closely with Product, Design, and Backend/AI teams.
Working Office: 138-142 Hai Ba Trung, Sai Gon Ward, HCMC
__Responsibilities__
- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-quality frontend features using ReactJS and ViteJS.
- Architect and maintain robust, reusable UI components aligned with design systems.
- Work both independently and in teams, collaborating with Product, Design, and Backend/AI to break down requirements, provide estimations, and deliver features effectively.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
- Conduct code reviews and uphold code quality and best practices.
- Ensure code quality through unit tests, integration tests, and frontend best practices.
- Participate in technical planning, sprint planning, and continuous improvement of frontend architecture.
__Requirements__
Must-have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience with ReactJS, ViteJS.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, working with MySQL.
- Experience building scalable, maintainable UI systems and working with design systems.
- Experience working with REST APIs / GraphQL and integrating with backend services.
- Strong knowledge of performance optimization, frontend architecture, and best practices.
- Experience with testing (unit/integration) to ensure code quality.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
Nice-to-have:
• Understanding of backend technologies (NestJS/NodeJS).
• Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience in SaaS, Martech, or data-driven platforms.
• Product-oriented mindset; comfort working in startup or fast-paced environments.
