- Fulltime Remote, 10am-7pm SGT, Monday to Friday. We are not open for part-time or 2nd-job.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
We’re looking to hire a Marketplace Business Development/ Operations Executive for our Singapore-based lead-generation and service marketplace websites.
1. 60% Vendor Sourcing & Onboarding
• Research and find vendors, freelancers, and service providers online
• Contact vendors via WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, Facebook, Carousell and directories.
• Collect vendor details such as services, pricing, service areas, photos, portfolio, and contact information
• Add vendors into our database
• Follow up and onboard qualified vendors
2. 40% Customer Replies & Job Coordination
• Reply to incoming customer enquiries quickly and professionally
• Ask customers for job details, location, budget, urgency, and photos if needed
• Match customer jobs to 3 suitable vendors
• Send job requests to vendors
• Follow up for quotes and availability
• Update customers on next steps
• Ensure smooth job delivery
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Mandatory: Prior experience and foundational knowledge in the Information Technology (IT) sector to smoothly communicate and coordinate with tech-focused Vendors/Customers/Clients.
• Excellent command of written English is required
• Must be able to work Singapore working hours
• Prior experience in lead generation, customer support, appointment setting, recruitment coordination, or marketplace operations is preferred
• Strong online research and lead generation skills
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools
• Proactive, organized, and excellent at follow-up
• Cheerful personality who enjoys communication
