- Participate in important meetings with clients (brief & presentation days)
- Clarify client brief by understanding client’s needs, identifying business objectives, challenges & opportunities to tap in through good & smart questions in the briefing day. Also need to manage client’s expectation & deliverables.
- Identify consumer insights, market research & growth opportunities to translate them into strategic & creative direction for clients.
- Plan “WOW” marketing proposition & communication direction to propose to clients.
- Plan communication concepts for different types of brief (thematic/ promotional/ seasonal/ etc).
- Have capability to cooperate with outside vendors (media/ PR/ digital/ social/ activation/ etc.) at proposal and deployment stage to assure on-brief and on-budget
- Create the strategy deck logically (and beautifully).
- Liaise with the internal team before presentation to clients.
- Present proposals, including cost schedules, to get approval from the client for strategy approach & creative ideas.
- 1.5+ years with hands-on strategic planning experience with a total of 2.5+ years marketing experience (agency experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to develop a strong understanding of clientʼs business, customer profile, marketing, and business objectives.
- Intuitive and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and campaigns with an intensive workload.
- Ability to organize time, projects, and information.
- Deep understanding of communication/branding, digital marketing & social media platforms.
- Excellent in English, both verbal & written communication.
- Flexible in working independently & as a team, determined.
- Ability to work under-pressure environment.
