Position Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on developing engaging digital content, managing social media platforms, and supporting brand awareness to attract and retain customers. The ideal candidate has strong design and editing skills, understands wellness & beauty industry trends, and is passionate about creating impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Design
- Design visually appealing marketing materials (social media posts, flyers, banners, and promotions).
- Edit photos and short videos to highlight spa treatments, services, and customer experiences.
- Ensure brand consistency in all digital and print designs.
- Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule daily/weekly social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build an online community.
- Run social media campaigns and promotions to drive bookings.
- Marketing Campaigns & Promotion
- Assist in planning monthly promotional activities (e.g., special packages, seasonal offers, membership programs).
- Collaborate with operations team to highlight new treatments, products, or wellness events.
Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Brand Development
- Maintain brand identity across all channels with a focus on wellness, relaxation, and premium service.
- Research spa & beauty industry trends to keep content relevant and appealing.
- Support reputation management by creating engaging stories/testimonials.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track social media growth, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Provide monthly reports on marketing performance and ROI.
- Recommend strategies to increase online visibility and customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong skills in graphic design and video editing (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or similar tools).
- Familiarity with social media algorithms, content trends, and influencer collaboration.
- Excellent communication and creative storytelling skills.
- Passion for wellness, beauty, or spa industry is a plus.
