Job description for Marketing Representative at PT MULIA AUTO RAYA
Job Responsibilities：
1、Customer marketing and business development: Proactively acquire individual clients, enterprises, supermarkets, factories, conference organizers and other corporate vehicle rental customers, and negotiate rental partnerships. Follow up with customers, provide quotations, sign contracts and conduct after-sales maintenance to improve customer repeat rental rate.
2、Driver resource management: Recruit and select high-quality cooperative drivers externally, and build a stable driver resource pool.
3、Marketing promotion and operations: Plan and implement simple offline promotions and online customer acquisition activities to promote the company’s car rental products and services. Analyze customer needs, organize business data, and provide feedback on market trends.
4、Preference will be given to candidates with experience in sales, market development, or resources in the ride-hailing / car rental industry.
5、Candidates with knowledge of the local mobility and car rental industry, and with access to drivers, client resources, and local channels will be given priority.
6、Proactive and self-motivated, able to work under pressure, with a strong sense of goal orientation and execution.
7、Strong business negotiation and communication skills, proactive in customer acquisition, and able to work under high pressure.
