TOKOCLIPPERS - Marketing Manager
Summary:
- We are building a platform that connects brands and content clippers to scale short-form video distribution across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can drive user growth on both sides of the marketplace:
- Brands (demand side)
- Clippers / creators (supply side)
- This role requires a mix of growth strategy, content thinking, and execution.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Marketplace Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute strategies to grow:
- Brand acquisition
- Clipper/creator acquisition
- Balance supply vs demand (critical for marketplace health)
2. Performance Marketing (Demand Side)
Plan and run campaigns to acquire:
- SMEs
- Agencies
- Brands
Channels:
- Paid ads (Meta, Google)
- Content funnels
- Landing page optimization
3. Creator / Clipper Acquisition (Supply Side)
- Build programs to attract clippers:
- Campaigns like “Earn from clipping”
- Community building (Discord/Telegram)
- Partner with creator communities & academies
4. Content & Social Strategy
- Build strong brand presence through:
- Educational content (how to grow via clips)
- Case studies
- Viral short-form content
5. Growth Experiments & Funnel Optimization
Run experiments on:
- CAC reduction
- Conversion rate
- Retention
- Track:
- CAC, LTV, activation rate, churn
6. Product Marketing
Work closely with product team to:
- Launch new features
- Position subscription tiers
- Improve onboarding flow
7. Partnerships & Ecosystem
Build partnerships with:
- Agencies
- Influencers
- Creator networks
- Education platforms
KPI
- Monthly Active Brands acquired
- Number of active clippers onboarded
- Cost per acquisition (CAC)
- Conversion rate (signup → paying user)
- Monthly recurring revenue (MRR)
- Retention rate / churn
Requirements
Must Have:
- 3–6+ years in marketing / growth roles
Experience in:
- Digital marketing / performance marketing
- Social media growth
- Strong understanding of:
- Short-form content trends
- Creator economy
Strong Plus:
Experience working with:
- TikTok ecosystem
- Shopee / livestream commerce
- Experience in marketplace or SaaS business
- Experience managing community (creator side)
Skills:
- Data-driven thinking (comfortable with metrics)
- Copywriting & campaign ideation
- Growth hacking mindset
- Strong execution (not just strategy)
