Pria/Wanita, usia maksimal 55 tahun.

Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Marketing, Manajemen, Bisnis, Komunikasi, atau jurusan terkait.

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun sebagai Marketing Manager atau posisi setara, diutamakan pada industri F&B, retail, atau hospitality.

Memiliki kemampuan menyusun dan mengeksekusi strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan brand awareness, traffic, dan penjualan.

Berpengalaman mengelola kampanye pemasaran online maupun offline.

Memahami digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, influencer/KOL management, serta paid advertising.

Mampu melakukan analisis pasar, tren konsumen, kompetitor, serta menyusun strategi berdasarkan data.

Memiliki kemampuan leadership yang baik dalam memimpin, mengembangkan, dan mengevaluasi kinerja tim marketing.

Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, presentasi, dan interpersonal yang sangat baik.

Berorientasi pada target, hasil, serta mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dengan tenggat waktu yang ketat.

Kreatif, inovatif, memiliki kemampuan problem solving, dan mampu mengambil keputusan secara tepat.

Menguasai Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) serta tools pemasaran digital seperti Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, atau platform sejenis menjadi nilai tambah.

Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas apabila diperlukan.
