Job description for Marketing Manager at Gigacover
- Brand development, customer acquisition and retention - owning the customer journey from awareness through conversion through lifetime value
- Developing and executing on a marketing plan to meet our goals - this includes planning on budget, channels, tactics, and performance metrics
- Managing the ongoing performance of our marketing channels, ensuring that our resources are invested in initiatives with highest return
- Leading the company’s learning agenda on understanding the local customer, creating distinct and actionable customer segments as needed
- Manage our local PR and partnership activities to increase the brand awareness in the Indonesian market
- Increasing utilisation and engagement of our services by our existing users
- Growing the number of users Gigacover has
- Maintaining a healthy CAC while increasing CLTV
- Improving Gigacover’s users’ brand loyalty and NPS among users
- Increasing Gigacover’s brand awareness and mentions
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with experience managing acquisition or retention at a growth-stage start-up (B2C or B2B2C marketing preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Deep experience in content marketing and social media marketing
- Deep experience in utilising common digital marketing tools, including MailChimp, WordPress, Facebook, LinkedIn, AdWords and Instagram
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
- Entrepreneurial self-starter, able to work independently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
