Job description
● Support the director / chief of marketing department to coordinate the marketing department
● Work with directors of other departments to agree on the quarterly and yearly marketing strategy
● Participate in the management and implementation of sales & marketing plans of the company.
● Develop a marketing strategy that is consistent with the company's overall goals
● Participate in building up specific marketing plans for each department
● Supervising the implementation of the marketing plans of the departments, ensuring the smooth coordination between the affiliated departments
● Plan and monitor the implementation of marketing campaigns according to the proposed deadline and budget.
● Build a network of partnership
● Recruit and develop a team of marketing specialists
Job requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business administration, communication or related fields;
● At least 2 years of experience in marketing field (managament role);
● Using & Knowledge of marketing tools & software;
● Knowledge of Ecommerce, drop shipping, POD is a plus
● Knowledge of market research methods, data analysis, branding, trading marketing, social media, ...
● Having creative and breakthrough thinking, but also having a sharp analytical mind
● Excellent communication skills
● Proficient in relationship management skills
● Certifications Ielts 7.0 and above

● Marketing revenue contributes to total revenue

● Cost Per Lead (Cost Per Lead)
● Customer Lifetime Value
● Lifetime Value: Customer Acquisition Cost
● The campaign's goal completion rate
● Brand awareness metrics (number of fans on social channels, mentions, engage
amount, reach, number of brand searches, quality of mentions ...)
