1. Planning and Budgeting
- Planning, Develop, and Execute the marketing strategy for the group.
- Make use of competitor analysis and market’s information to develop marketing strategy.
- Work closely with the Strategic Development Manager and local teams to achieve annual targets for the business unit via both ATL & BTL marketing as well as engaging potential trade partners.
- Create, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns based on business plan and as per guideline of BOD & Strategic Development Manager.
- Supporting sales and generate leads through the different marketing channels.
- Responsible for content strategy, and ownership of all owned online channels such as social media and the corporate website.
- Regular campaign monitoring and optimization, with post-buy reporting of key metrics.
- Managing budget overview for all marketing-related activities
2. Building the Brand
- Responsible for the company’s brands and positioning in the market
- Being responsible for brand management and trademark identity
- Planning and conducting suitable online and offline marketing campaigns within a budget
- Oversee the creation and publication of all marketing materials (POSM, leaflets, etc.) in line with marketing strategy & company’s business plan.
- Ensuring that all owned touchpoints are appropriately and sufficiently branded according to branding guidelines.
3. Team Management
- Develop and manage the marketing team.
- Determine the strengths and weaknesses of each member to build sustainable team.
- Identify goals and evaluate based on performance.
- Manage and evaluate relevant external vendors’ performance.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Marketing, including 1 - 2 years in Marketing Management
- Relevant brand marketing experience especially B2B marketing and corporate marketing
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and event marketing.
- Good understanding of digital marketing trends in Vietnam.
- Interest in logistics.
- Strong SEM skills, sensibilization to content, and SEO
- Critical thinking, strategic planning, & good presentation skills
- Excellent communicator (both written & verbal) and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
- Ability to work and thrive independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.

- Salary: 16.000.000 – 20.000.000 VNĐ
