We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand growth and execute impactful marketing initiatives that drive business success.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand growth and business performance.
- Lead brand communication, campaigns and product launches across multiple channels.
- Monitor and optimize marketing performance, digital initiatives and budget effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, or Product Marketing.
- Experience in FMCG, Mother & Baby, Healthcare, Consumer Goods, or E-commerce is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
