- Oversee social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook), planning and executing our social media calendar, creating engaging social media content
- Strategise, plan and execute brand marketing & event marketing campaigns in a holistic manner that embraces sales and sponsorship.
- Assist with website updates using CMS
- Vet artwork, collaterals and ensure all information is accurate on our digital and non-digital marketing fronts
- Coordinate with designers and vendors for the design of artwork and printing of publicity materials
- Put together sponsorship proposals and identify relevant organisations to pitch to
- Must have finger on the pulse in terms of industry trends, competition and the Singapore arts scene
- Assist with other marketing-related activities
- Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Arts Management, Business, Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
- Fresh Graduates with relevant experience are welcome.
- Minimum 5 years related working experience
- Must be articulate, with excellent organisational skills, can multi-task & able to prioritise workload
- Experienced in managing creative agencies is preferred.
- Must have hands-on experience with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook and have experience in Social Media Advertising
- Familiar with video and photo editing softwares like Premiere Pro/FCP, Photoshop, Lightroom
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and must be resourceful
- Ability to speak and write Chinese preferred – to liaise with the Mandarin-speaking artist and audience
