Ginza Xiaoma is Asia’s leading Hermès curator, collector, and reseller. We are one of Asia’s most prestigious Hermès boutiques with our flagship store located in the heart of Ginza, Tokyo. As Japan’s #1 largest Hermes’s specialty store, we have a rare collection of more than 400 items and handle over 4,000 Hermes bags, apparel, accessories and other rare collector items.
We have just expanded our business to Singapore and we are looking for for a self-motivated and high performing Intern to join our new team in Singapore. You will thrive in this position if you are goals-driven, strategic and tactical and have a growth mindset. Working with the global team in Singapore and marketing team in Japan, this is a precious chance to gain international exposure and develop essential interpersonal skills in a global luxury brand.
As a Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in building a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels to grow our brand's engagement in key regional markets.
In this role, you will:
- Research market position and competitor analysis
- Create, strategize and curate visual and written content for Instagram and TikTok
- Work on Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and marketing reports
- Copywriting for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral
- Source for new influencers/KOLs to match our brand image and promote our brand & product
- Develop a strategy to grow our customer database
What we are looking for:
- A self-motivated and self-starter who is a quick learner and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- A sense of aesthetic and a love for good copywriting
- Business mindset and ability to think out of the box to come up with creative strategies
- Passion in the luxury fashion industry
Requirements:
- Polytechnic or University student currently pursuing a course in Mass Communication, Mass Media or related field
- Outstanding project management skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Please state your availability clearly (Start date, End date, part-time or full-time)
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
- Students who can commit part-time, minimally 3 working days a week, are also welcome to apply
