A. 40% Digital Content Creation & Copywriting
• Brainstorm, create and transform ideas into various types of content for all digital platforms.
• Research and analyze brands, competitors & customer information to produce an improved quality of content.
• Work together with the Creative Department to create brand copywriting for a variety of communication formats including, but not limited to, digital content and printed materials to ensure consistency.
B. 30% Digital Strategy Management
• Manage all digital marketing channels organic & paid, commerce (including but not limited to website, social media, email marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads and more) to ensure brand consistency.
• Create a partnership framework for each partner we’re currently working with as well as a detailed action plan.
• Develop and execute multi-channels and comprehensive digital marketing initiatives and/or campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
C. 30% Execute Activations
• Work together with the internal team on a variety of activation projects, making sure that key goals and objectives are met.
• Coordinates with external stakeholders to ensure proper execution for designated projects.
• Other ad hoc tasks as designated by line manager.
Key skills and experience
• Strong creative and ‘can-do’ aptitude, ready to push boundaries and present new ideas
• Excellent command of English, in both writing and speaking – as most of the brand content is in English
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with content creation besides just copywriting: basic video shooting & editing
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a thorough understanding of systems and processes.
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Results-driven character. Process-focused with a tireless focus on output quality.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
