Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and manage social media content plans, including creative concepts, copywriting, video shooting, Reels, and TikTok content.
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, budget, and key metrics; analyze data and optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize audiences, creatives, placements, and budgets based on performance insights.
- Monitor social media trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new content and digital marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Design and Operation teams to ensure digital campaigns and promotions are executed consistently across restaurant outlets.
- Support KOL/KOC/Influencer collaborations and other digital marketing activities when required.
- Prepare digital campaign performance reports and track marketing budgets.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platforms, and tools relevant to the F&B industry.
Requirements:
- A degree in Marketing or a relevant qualification is required.
- Strong creative skills in content creation, video production, and reel editing.
- Data analysis and critical thinking skills to review and apply campaign results.
- Must be detail-oriented and handle multiple jobs well in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and enthusiastic, with a strong can-do attitude.
- Flexibility to handle urgent tasks outside regular working hours when necessary.
