RICE is a multi-brand media company in HCMC. We make branded content, commercials and documentaries (RICE Content & Media), run editorial and documentary channels (RICE Channel TV), and build sports content and events through Legends. Small team, lots of projects, high standards.
About the Role
We're looking for a full-stack marketer: someone who can take a goal, turn it into a plan, and then actually execute it across channels. You'll also sit in client conversations, understand what they need, and translate that into campaigns that work.
You won't be handed a playbook. We want someone who figures out what needs to happen and makes it happen.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including content, media, and partnership activities.
- Translate brand strategy and audience insights into actionable content plans and communication ideas.
- Coordinate with the content, media, and production teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across platforms.
- Manage KOL/KOC partnerships — from sourcing and briefing to execution and performance evaluation.
- Track campaign performance, compile reports, and recommend optimizations based on data and insights.
- Support brand and business development initiatives, including event activation and collaboration projects.
- Proactively contribute creative and strategic input to elevate the brand’s marketing direction.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields (agency experience preferred).
- Solid understanding of marketing strategy, content planning, and media coordination.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital analytics, and influencer marketing workflows.
