Job Brief
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the centralised team in planning and executing high converting marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The goal is to promote the company's brand image to create targeted awareness and drive overall growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively propose, manage and execute the social media calendar to increase the reach, audience and popularity of the company’s products, projects and events.
- Develop and build the company’s marketing strategy to appeal to different target audience groups worldwide.
- Conduct research on industry news and trends to create relevant and effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Content, Design and PR teams to execute marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with partners and other projects for collaborative marketing campaigns.
- Produce marketing materials for media-related opportunities
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) & templates for events, including proposals, forms etc.
- Analyse completed campaigns’ efficacy and identify areas for improvement.
- Craft direct response copy for sales newsletters, landing pages and all marketing related posts.
- Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to improve campaigns’ performance
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet established deadlines.
- Strategic and analytical skills in evaluating the overall success of campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language, bonus if well-versed in Mandarin as well.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.
- Exhibits examples of successful campaigns ran/managed.

- Possesses a wide network of media and influencer connections
- Experience in the Web3 space.
- Versed in different marketing platforms and proficient in Digital Marketing (Media Buying, Email Marketing, SEO, etc)
