Chi tiết công việc MARKETING EXECUTIVE (DATA, RESEARCH & PLANNING) tại Panasonic Việt Nam
Responsibilities:
1. Sales planning:- To follow PSI planning (Production – Sales – Inventory).- To follow up and manage monthly sales forecast and yearly target as company goal.- To work closely with local/regional factory and head/regional quarter for order and supply.- To receive product requirement and make quotation for customer.
2. Data analysis:- Collecting and cleaning raw material data for manipulation.- Key features include sale analysis by products, time period and regions, comparing to selling product,
predicting sale trends and tracking KPIs.- Developing Power BI Sale report for analyzing monthly sales performance of ECM product categories (more
than 20+ product lines and 1000+ items codes).- Developed interactive report and dashboards using advanced DAX queries.
3. Marketing research:- Market retail audit: annually conduct research with agency to measure market movement.- Market visualization research: visualizing regions character in nationwide by conducting desk research for
secondary data, and qualitative/quantitative research for primary data.- Using strategic models (4Ps, 3Cs, BCG, STP …) for getting business insight in order to help strategy decisions of
annual business plan and Mid-term plan.- Others Ad-hoc research required.
4. Marketing:- To execute marketing plan including ATL and BTL for products being in charge.- To implement digital marketing campaigns- To organize events, seminar, exhibitions, factory tour, dealer convention…- To produce and manage POSM.
5. Administration:- To transact, negotiate, execute contract/payment with domain/suppliers.- To prepare all payment documents for agency and debit note for area head quarter.- To prepare material for monthly report.- Other tasks is assigned by management.
Report to: Direct Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.- From 1 - 2 years of experience in revelant position.- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).- Advance Excel skill and Data management. - Experience in Power BI and DAX queries is a plus. - Understanding marketing research. - Knowledge of marketing principal and digital marketing. - Experience in electrical product will be plus - Good English communication and writing.
