We are PT. Redrose Retail Indonesia, An Authorized Distributor / Reseller of Local Cosmetic Products which was from an Individual Company since May 2019 and developed into a Corporate in October 2021.

MARKETING E~COMMERCE
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Female / Male with minimum background education bachelor degree of business management / Communication Visual / Relevant;
- Maximum 35 y.o with Good Looking, High Motivation, Iniative & Confidence;
- Have a great interpersonal with good communication, humble & high responsibility for build network both Internal Team or External Team (Costumer & Our New Brands);
- Have at least 1-3 years minimum experience as Key Account Executive / Marketing Specialist on Marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada etc);
- Have experience in Beauty (Skincare, Make Up, Personal Care) Company is an advantage;
- Manage Online Sales activities through multiple e-commerce channels;
- Formulate effective sales and promotion strategy on Marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada etc);
- Getting used to delivered our best behaviour to Customers to increase sales monthly on Our Marketplace with Great-Humble Services;
- Understand Reseller Business for retail cosmetic product ia a must advanced communication & interpersonal skills;
- Location : Condet, East Jakarta. JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Responsibility for handling customers via Marketplaces & Offline store;
- Selecting, Dealing, Arranging a meeting & reminding to execute the promo of the products based on each marketplace term & conditions;
- Analyze & Manage overall Key Account's Network performance to create engaging Social Media Content & Design of Marketplace from Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist;
- Analyze & Calculate the monthly sales of the products & making a strategic planning with Key Account Manager to develop products;
- Assist the process of new launching brand & products with Beauty Talent .

PT RRI bergerak dalam bidang kecantikan yang merupakan distributor/reseller resmi produk skincare lokal seperti Brand Avoskin, Somethinc, Lacoco, Scarlett, dan lain-lain. PT RRI menjual produknya melalui platform online seperti Marketplace Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, dan Go Store.
