- Create marketing plans and range of on-line & off-line communication strategies to improve the brand’s presence from other competitors in the industry.
- Analyze targeted consumer behavior, including their needs and preferences.
- Creating, managing, and improving the effectiveness of the marketing and communication budgets.
- Set the brand’s standards and procedures to ensure brand image consistency in all channels (social media, digital advertising, website and e-commerce, visual merchandising, etc.)
- Produce big pictures of the contents to be created and published (according to the standards and procedures made) as a starting point for the content creation process by Managing Editor & other content-teams.
- Monitoring and supervising the content creation and publication in all marketing channels of the brand.
- Leading the development of creative campaigns in both product launch and commercial/sales agenda.
- Tracking the effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required.
- Leading the planning and implementation of PR, partnerships, offline/online events, and other communication-initiatives of the brand to shape public opinions.
- Build and maintain good relationship with KOLs and other media partner.
- Establish loyal market share and maintain the level of demand.
- Monitoring digital traffic for various marketing channels of the brand.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication, Public Relation or related fields
- Minimum 5-year experience inleading a Marketing or Marketing Communication Division in retail business
- Experience in creating marketing campaign, marketing strategy and marketing plan
- Experience in online marketing, including social media, digital and content marketing
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to change
- Strong experience in beauty industry will be an advantage
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
