Job Description
Brand & Content Management
- Manage and oversee content plans across digital platforms, ensuring communication direction aligns with brand objectives.
- Review and coordinate content, visual assets, and communication materials to maintain consistent brand tone, mood, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with Content, Design, and Creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute branding and marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage project timelines, workflows, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on schedule.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaign direction, quality, and deadlines are aligned with overall business objectives.
Client & Cross-functional Coordination
- Receive, understand, and process client briefs and project requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Creative, Design, Media, Production, Performance, and Account teams throughout project execution.
- Manage feedback, revisions, and issue resolution to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
Performance Tracking & Strategic Support
- Monitor campaign KPIs and overall marketing performance.
- Prepare reports and analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
- Provide recommendations for optimization and support brand strategy development through data-driven insights.
Requirements
Experience
- 5-7 years of work experience (candidates born between 98 - 99 are preferred)
- Background: SEO, Ads, knowledge of using AI to optimize work, experience in the e-commerce field is an advantage
Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing workflows.
- Canva, PowerPoint, or basic design skills are a plus.
- Ability to manage timelines and work under pressure.
