Market Development Director is in charge of managing SendoFarm's entire business & market development by region in charge.
1. Develop a business strategy
- Develop business goals and strategies and guide and support Sales Manager to implement; ensure that the company's business goals and growth goals are met.
- Comment on completing and approving monthly, quarterly and yearly sales plans and policies from Sales Manager, monitoring implementation and making necessary adjustments to achieve goals
- Orientation for Sales Manager to identify, group leads and allocate to Sales to sell to meet sales goals.
2. Implementation of sales activities:
- Guide sales managers on activities to help identify potential customers.
- Discuss with the Sales Manager to make resource adjustments to focus on the most important group of potential customers.
- Help sales managers build sub-KPIs to ensure control over the progress of monthly goal completion.
Follow up your weekly plan and come up with specific activities the following week to improve efficiency.
- Make a monthly/quarterly/yearly personnel plan to ensure that sales targets are met;
- Recruiting personnel, training sales skills and soft skills necessary to improve sales ability for Sales;
- Develop a career development roadmap for Sales to retain and develop the Sales team;
- Orient and support Sales Manager to organize activities and programs to motivate and encourage working spirit to help sales team achieve sales goals.
- At least 8 years of direct sales experience (Market Sales), including a minimum of 3 years as a Sales Director
- Have experience in managing Sales teams at 2 levels or more (Sales Director ⇒ Sales Manager/ Sup ⇒ Sales Executive)
- At least 5 years of experience in training and developing skills for Sales team
- Ability to plan sales and motivate sales team to meet sales targets.
- Management skills: Assigning tasks, evaluating work results, training and training, creating motivation for employees.
