Role: Mandarin <> English Interpreter

Location: Home Based / WFH

Salary Package: From IDR19,100,00 (RM4800) and above upon completion of 160 hours in a month

T&C : Full time contract / 12 months / Renewable

Working Hour:

- Permanent night shift (supporting US Market)

Job requirements:

- Fluent in Mandarin and English languages.

- Strong & stable WIFI connection.

- BYOD: Android 13 or above; IOS 16 or above

- Laptop/PC (for training purposes)

Job Description:

- Acting as Interpreter between a wide range of people with diverse voices, accents, speaking tempos and personalities.

- Providing parties with clear and exact translations of written materials, and interpretations of verbal communication.

- Providing interpretations of questions, answers, statements, arguments, explanations, and other forms of verbal communication.

- Completion of daily activity logs and other documentation.

- Complying with applicable ethics and standards

- Must perform interpretation 8 hours a day

- Remain neutral and non-opinionated when handling emotionally intense conversation such as medical, emergency, 911 calls with professionalism
