- Leading several multi-disciplinary work streams of PIC’s and Managers to deliver service against client objectives

- Provide expert operational risk advice to senior business leaders in assigned businesses through attendance on senior management executive committees, product risk committees, and risk and compliance committees
- Ensure that the Operational Risk Profiles for businesses are fairly presented
- Escalate to executive management when the operational risk profile is at or near risk appetite
- Proactively lead complex proposals, shape opportunities in the marketplace, and participate in other business development activities
- Provide career guidance and mentorship to professional staff, and actively engage in fostering a sense of community within the practice
- Build, train, and retain highly effective analytic teams
- Play a leading role in engagement planning, economics, and financial management
- Drive the development and use of advanced analytic approaches, methodologies, and tools to meet the risk-focused needs of our clients
- Provide the consultation on the events, such as IPO, M&A, Asset Backed Securities
- Provide accounting advice to stakeholders in the Insurance businesses on complex transactions, considering such items as the impact on the Bank’s Key Performance Indicators, capital, This also entails working with stakeholders in the Actuarial, Treasury and Balance Sheet Management, Taxation and other relevant groups and requires the use of significant professional judgment in determining an accounting recommendation
- Leading the implementation of certain accounting standards, by driving consensus among various executives across the Bank, , Actuarial, Business Units, Risk Management, Capital, Tax, Investor Relations, Internal Audit, , to successfully complete the adoption in a timely manner
- Provide effective challenge and guidance on compliance risks and support risky lines of business through various interactions and forum engagements
- Assist risky lines of business in the development and maintenance of the Compliance Program, such as how to monitor, report, and train
- Candidate must have at least one of Certifications from the list of certifications; CPA, CISA, CIA, PMP, TOGAF, AWS, CA, CISSP, VM, ITAM· Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, MBA, Computer Science, Business/Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Graduate
- Broad knowledge of personal and corporate trust business and operations
- At least 4 years of working experience in related field
- Excellent written, verbal and electronic communication skills to effectively communicate complex tax issues to all levels of senior management and supporting personnel within their respective business units
- Ability to develop trust and creditability with all levels of senior management within their respective business units
- Ability to think independently and to research and analyze complex tax issues
- An innovative and business approach to tax issues with an ability to apply technical rules in a practical manner to business operations and functions
- Looks ahead to reasonably anticipate business opportunities and obstacles
