As an Artist Lead, you will be responsible for leading the art team and ensuring that all art assets are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the project manager, and game designers to ensure that the artistic vision of the game is achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the artist, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
- Collaborate with the external parties
- Create and maintain art production schedules, ensuring that all art assets are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure that all art assets meet the highest quality standards, and provide feedback and guidance to artists to maintain consistency and quality throughout the game.
- Manage outsourcing of art assets as needed.
- Continuously research and implement new techniques and technologies to improve the visual quality of content
Qualifications:
- Woman
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 years of experience in the education industry, with a focus on content production.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of artists.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback to artists, as well as collaborate effectively with other team members.
- Expert-level knowledge of art production tools such as Photoshop, Maya, and ZBrush.
- Strong understanding of content pipelines and production processes.
- A portfolio demonstrating a strong artistic vision and a high level of technical skill.
