Objective of Programme
Candidates will have an opportunity for rotation among the Wealth Management and Asset Management arm the Company. This would give candidates a full spectrum and better understanding of how the Company operates and in turn, develop critical skills such as leadership, strategic-planning, and people management skills.
Wealth Management (Main Focus)
· Discuss information needed in advising private clients
· Recommend and justify portfolio allocations and investments for a private client
· Describe technical and soft skills needed in advising private clients
· Assist the Client Advisor in daily administrative and transaction work
· Client support in trade placement, onboarding, addressing client queries etc.
· To work closely with the relevant stakeholders to resolve any client enquiries or issues
· Documentation support as required by the business, ensuring adherence to standard regulations and internal policies
· Ability to multi-task and carry out any other duties assigned by the superior
Asset Management
· Learn to have the essential mindset and develop the necessary skills in writing a research report
· To help the company implement technology solutions for our trading methodology
· To improve and hone the candidate's programming skills in Python
· To develop effective problem solving and communication skills so as to understand and fulfil different stakeholder's requirements
· To learn time management and multi-tasking skills - prioritizing and identifying time critical activitie
Requirements:
· Only fresh graduate may apply
· Candidate must possess qualities of versatility, resilience, and willingness to learn
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in English and Mandarin as to liaise effectively with mandarin-speaking stakeholders
· Only Singaporean may apply
