Logistics Cost Specialist (Japanese-English)

** JD:

● Verify logistics invoices by performing factual and price checks, ensuring the accuracy and compliance with internal policies through close collaboration with

relevant stakeholders.

● Manage the complete invoicing process to ensure timely payments and handle any invoice or payment-related issues with OSP or LSPs.

● Maintain and update cost reports in line with customer requirements.

● Support for the implementation of the LCC project across company branches in Japan, including BMP (billing management platform) project.

● Act as a contact point for logistics vendors and manufacturing plants.

** Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Purchasing or related major.
• Onboard ASAP.
• Proficiency in Business English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher).
• Strong communication skills, systematic thinking, and the ability to multitask.
• Independent and proactive work style.
• Effective time management skills and problem-solving abilities.
