ABOUT ANONYMOUS
Anonymous is a social agency that supports clients in building and growing their Social Media presence. Livestream is an expanding service line — covering both organic brand livestreams and live commerce sessions. We are building a team that can manage this end-to-end, from planning through execution and reporting.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Livestream Executive to own the planning and project management side of client livestream productions. This role goes beyond operating equipment — you will be responsible for building the livestream calendar, recommending suitable hosts, coordinating with the Creative team on visual production, and managing all parties involved to ensure each session is delivered on time and on-brand. The position is suited for someone with a strong project management mindset who understands the livestream format and can keep complex moving parts on track.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Livestream Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and manage the monthly livestream calendar for each client — covering session frequency, format, topics, and publishing schedule.
- Propose suitable host profiles aligned with each brand's tone, target audience, and campaign objective; coordinate the selection and onboarding process.
- Plan session structure and rundown in collaboration with the Content team; ensure all pre-production elements are confirmed before go-live date.
Creative & Production Coordination
- Work with the Creative team to develop livestream background designs, on-screen assets, and visual identity for each session.
- Brief and follow up with hosts and live assistants (trợ live) to ensure they are fully prepared — covering content angle, key messages, product flow, and engagement cues.
- Coordinate all parties involved in production (host, trợ live, operator, creative) and manage the overall project timeline from pre-production to delivery.
Session Oversight & On-day Management
- Oversee the execution of each livestream session; serve as the main point of contact for all parties on the day of broadcast.
- Ensure the session runs according to the approved rundown; escalate and resolve issues in real time.
Post-stream & Reporting
- Export and archive stream recordings; prepare edited highlight clips or VODs where required.
- Compile session performance reports covering: peak viewers, average watch time, engagement metrics, and revenue outcomes (for live commerce sessions).
- Document post-session learnings and propose optimizations for future sessions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in a coordination, production, or project management role within a digital, social, or e-commerce environment
- Project management: Able to manage multiple concurrent projects with clear timelines, task ownership, and proactive follow-up across teams
- Livestream: Working understanding of how livestream sessions are structured across TikTok Live, Facebook Live, and YouTube Live
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication; able to brief hosts, manage vendors, and coordinate internal teams clearly and efficiently
- Availability: Flexible schedule — some sessions may fall on evenings or weekends based on client requirements
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with streaming software (OBS Studio or equivalent) and basic technical setup — camera, audio, and lighting for livestream environments.
- Experience with live commerce mechanics (TikTok Shop Live, Facebook Live Selling) — product pinning, voucher display, and viewer conversion flows.
- Prior experience managing hosts or on-screen talent in a content or production environment.
- Basic video editing skills for post-stream highlight production.
