Responsibilities:
- Talent Scout & Livestream Management: Source, recruit, and manage Livestream KOLs/KOCs. Plan streaming schedules, set up pricing, product bundles, and voucher campaigns. Coordinate with the E-commerce team to ensure smooth stream operations and monitor live performance to maximize commercial output.
- Affiliate/KOC Network Building: Grow the Affiliate and KOC ecosystem for TikTok Shop and Shopee. Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and management of creators at scale. Design competitive commission tiers and incentive programs. Drive GMV through Affiliate marketing while optimizing CVR and ROI.
- Partnership & Brand Alignment: Lead contract negotiations and build long-term, win-win relationships with high-performing talents (KOLs/KOCs). Ensure all livestream content and product claims strictly align with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Performance Analytics: Conduct data-driven post-stream reviews (tracking GMV, CVR, ROI, viewer retention, etc.). Identify "scalable" talents with high potential for long-term seeding. Deliver clear weekly/monthly reports with actionable optimization strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; at least 2 years of proven experience in the Vietnam market focusing on Livestream KOL/KOC recruitment and management. Candidates with an existing strong network in the Beauty & Personal Care (BPC) vertical are highly preferred.
- Language: Proficiency in Vietnamese is a must. Ability to use Chinese or English as a working language for cross-border communication is highly advantageous.
- Market Expertise: Deep, up-to-date knowledge of TikTok Shop VN and Shopee VN (specifically the BPC category). Solid understanding of the local livestream ecosystem, platform algorithms, and Affiliate (Shop Affiliate/Tiktoker) mechanisms.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and provide timely feedback to internal stakeholders (Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.).
- Data Savvy: Basic data analysis capabilities. Able to leverage data tools (Excel, platform analytics dashboards, etc.) to interpret campaign results and draft professional reports.
