1) JOB DESCRIPTION
● Livestream Execution: Actively participate in livestream sessions by introducing
products, engaging with the audience, and promptly addressing inquiries.
● Coordination with Product and Marketing Departments: Update product
information, promotions, and special deals to ensure that livestream content aligns with
the brand’s strategy.
● Customer Interaction: Provide timely responses to customer inquiries during
livestreams and build strong relationships with viewers.
● Content Management: Collaborate in creating engaging and creative livestream scripts
to attract viewers and retain customer interest.
2) JOB REQUIREMENTS
● Relevant Experience: Experience in livestreaming or related work (cosmetics
industry is preferred)
● Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to interact
effectively with the audience and handle situations quickly.
● Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in livestream tools and familiarity with social media
platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Shopee Live.
● Language Skills: English proficiency is an advantage.
● Teamwork Ability: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage
work under pressure.
