## 1. On-Camera Responsibilities
Your primary goal is to keep the energy high and the "digital room" full.
Product Storytelling: Introduce products not just by listing features, but by explaining how they solve a problem or fit into a lifestyle.
Audience Interaction: Greet newcomers by name, answer live comments/questions, and create a sense of community.
Call-to-Action (CTA): Gently push for sales by reminding viewers about limited-time coupons, low stock alerts, or "pinned" products in the basket.
Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain the brand’s "voice" (e.g., professional for tech, cleaning enthusiasm for Karcher , or expert-led for skincare).
## 2. Off-Camera & Prep Work
Success in a live stream is often determined before the camera starts rolling.
Scripting & Show Flow: Assist in writing "hooks" (the first 10 seconds of a stream) and planning the order of products to be showcased.
Product Deep-Dive: Study the technical specs, ingredients, or sizing of products so you can answer questions without hesitation.
Visual Merchandising: Set up the background/studio to look appealing and organize the physical samples you’ll be holding.
Technical Setup: In smaller teams, you might help set up lighting, ring lights, and microphones, or manage the streaming software (like TikTok Shop or Shopee Live).
## 3. Post-Stream & Analytics
Performance Review: Look at metrics like Peak Concurrent Viewers (PCV), average watch time, and click-through rates (CTR) to see what worked.
Content Clipping: Identify "golden moments" from the live stream to be edited into short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) for additional reach.
Community Management: Follow up on comments or common questions that weren't addressed during the live session.
