Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of working experiences in Banking or other Financial Service Industries
- Outstanding legal drafting and writing skills
- Have knowledge in Indonesia law, especially corporate law, employment law and contract agreement
- Have experience in handling Finance and Banking Transactions
- Familiarity with OJK, Fintech Regulations is more preferable
- Interested in cross-border Fintech and Payment Industries is more preferable
- PERADI license is a plus
- Possess good analytical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work strategically, but also hands-on problem solving
- Placement : South Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and managing legal documents for OJK needs and other documents assigned by Company
- Providing legal support on wide range of legal matter
- Draft, negotiate and review a wide variety of agreements
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority, etc.), creating relations of trust
- Handle court cases (if needed) from Preparations of case drafts, coordinate with external parties and attend meetings
- Preparing, review, and submitted Company Regulation to be legalized by competent authorities
- Other task assigned by your supervisor from time to time
