- Liaise with internal department & External Parties
- Policy review, Handling, understanding stage of Dissolution Company Rules is preferable
- Engage with Notaries, lawyers, Government, legal banking staff
- Uploading/checking KYC Document to portal
- Identify and collect risk register from each department
- Review for updating SOP/Memo related
Requirements
- Fresh Graduate from bachelor degree major of law or management.
- Ability to operate Microsoft Office (Word and excel) intermediate skill preferable.
- Well organized.
- Eager to learn and have knowledge about incorporation in Indonesia.
- Willing to contract internship for 3 - 6 months.
