Job Description:
Leasing/ Quản lý Cho thuê:
- Handle all incoming rental inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits with speed and professionalism.
- Provide tailored advice to potential clients, sharing customized quotes, marketing brochures, and high-quality workspace photos.
- Lead site inspections and showcase suitable vacant spaces to prospects across all company locations.
- Draft lease agreements along with their addenda, ensuring all paperwork is highly accurate and securely stored.
- Partner with the Operations and Community departments to facilitate smooth move-ins and deliver a welcoming onboarding experience for new members.
- Nurture strong connections with current members to maximize retention rates, drive lease renewals, and encourage word-of-mouth referrals.
Administrative Support & Reporting / Hỗ trợ Hành chính & Báo cáo:
- Keep the CRM database, tenancy contracts, and historical leasing records meticulously organized and updated.
- Compile routine weekly and monthly updates tracking overall leasing productivity.
- Deliver on-time metrics to the Leasing Manager and Board of Directors detailing lead volume, deal conversion, and annual revenue trajectories.
- Help enforce operational guidelines to ensure all activities align perfectly with internal SOPs and company policies.
Market Engagement & Marketing Collaboration / Nghiên cứu Thị trường:
- Monitor the local real estate landscape and track competitor activities to stay ahead of rental trends and market pricing.
- Work alongside the Marketing team to boost brand awareness and drive occupancy for both short-term and long-term workspaces.

- Execute additional assignments designated by the Leasing Manager and Board of Directors, particularly those supporting internal company events.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of proven track record in Leasing, Sales, Real Estate, or Business Development.
- Fluency in English is essential for daily business communication.
- Prior background within the Real Estate or Hospitality sectors is highly advantageous.
- Possess a strong sales-driven mentality, sharp proactive initiative, and a high sense of accountability.
- Demonstrated expertise in deal negotiation, contract closing, and client relationship management.
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant academic disciplines.
