Job description for Learning Center Coordinator – Kryacademia at Krya
About the role
Kryacademia is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Learning Center Coordinator to lead day-to-day academic operations and manage our learning center environment. In this role, you will bridge administration, student engagement, and instructional leadership to ensure our STEM and youth innovation programs run seamlessly.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee daily learning center operations, class schedules, and program delivery, ensuring alignment with Kryacademia's educational standards
- Lead, support, and mentor a team of instructors, facilitators, and support staff to maintain high-quality program execution
- Act as the primary liaison for students, parents, and institutional partners, fostering positive relationships and resolving inquiries effectively
- Monitor classroom engagement, track attendance and student progress, and gather feedback to continuously improve learning modules
- Work closely with internal teams to manage learning materials, facility logistics, and event execution for hybrid and onsite sessions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of total professional experience, including at least 1–2 years in a school leadership, academic management, or senior educational coordination role
- Bachelor's degree in Education, School Leadership, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team-management capabilities with high attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Indonesian (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), collaboration software, and general administrative tools (Google Workspace)
