Learning and Development is always part of our core-culture, and we are looking for Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to be the part of the team to make it happen.
Job Description
· Design and implement new learning and development initiatives
· Develop competency models, assess the capability gaps, and conduct analysis of employees' learning needs
· Continuously evaluate and develop new learning modules to ensure modules relevancy and effectiveness
· Coordinate and execute learning programs for employees
· Research the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the Learning and Development space and recommend suitable applications.
Requirements
· Bachelor's or Master’s degree from reputable universities.
· 3-5 years’ experience in learning and development, business consulting, HR/People consulting, or training and instructional design.
· Solid experience in handling the end-to-end learning activities from the design of the learning program, execution, up to post-evaluation.
· Passionate about people and culture.
· Curious about new ideas and methodologies in learning and development.
· Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both oral and written.
· Strong in critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management.
