Key Responsibilities:
- Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with department heads and leadership teams to identify training gaps, key skills needed, and areas for employee growth.
- Curriculum Development: Design and develop training programs, including workshops, online learning modules, and in-house seminars. Content should address both technical (e.g., coding, software tools) and soft skills (e.g., communication, leadership).
- Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging training sessions, either in-person or virtually, using a variety of methods including lectures, group discussions, hands-on practice, and real-world case studies.
- Evaluation & Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, quizzes, and performance metrics to ensure learning outcomes are met and make adjustments as needed.
- Employee Support: Provide ongoing support to employees post-training to address questions, offer additional resources, and ensure knowledge retention.
- Learning Management System (LMS): Manage and update the company’s LMS, ensuring courses are up-to-date and employees have easy access to relevant training resources.
- Collaboration: Partner with HR, product, and engineering teams to stay aligned with company goals and ensure training initiatives are closely tied to business objectives.
- Stay Current with Trends: Keep abreast of the latest learning methodologies, tech advancements, and training tools to ensure the programs remain cutting-edge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts (e.g., coding languages, software tools, IT infrastructure) with the ability to convey them in an easily digestible format.
- Experience designing and delivering both in-person and virtual training programs.
- Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt training programs to different learning styles and technological levels.
- Analytical mindset to assess training effectiveness and apply continuous improvement strategies.
