About the Role
Be a part of Indonesia’s Digital Talent Empowerment with Bitlabs Academy! We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Strategist who will lead the academic team to design, execute, and oversee mentoring programs for future Data Analysts, Scientists, and Digital Marketers of Indonesia.
If you are a highly-motivated, lifelong learner, can-do attitude individual who has the passion in empowering Indonesia’s Digital Talent through Education, come join us!
What you’d do
> Identify needs and new trends to maximize impact and improve learning experience using multiple approach, including learning management system
> Manage end-to-end ownership of development and implementation of learning strategies and programs
> Ensure quality of learning programs creation and delivery have met standard with participants, leadership team, subject matter experts
> Oversee the selection and partnership with external resources, conduct external research and benchmarking on content and delivery models
Qualifications
> 4-5+ years of work experience as Learning and Development Strategist/Manager, OD/OE, Program Manager, Training Manager, or equivalent. Kindly attach your portfolios
> Fluency in both written and verbal English and Bahasa
> Demonstrate Strong understanding of Learning Design/Instructional Design and a life-long learner
> Strong leadership and project management skills
> A customer-centric attitude and curiosity to ask questions from a customer point-of-view to serve them better
> Have the ability to translate the product vision into action based on data
