Responsibilities:
Ticket Resolution:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for complex learner issues
- Resolve tickets promptly and satisfactorily.
Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve escalated learner issues or concerns, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Implement preventative measures to minimize repeated challenges
Learner Engagement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall learner experience.
- Liaise with other departments and the Mentor team to optimize learner schedules
- Regularly assess and improve learner success through in-house data and dashboards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- From 1 year of experience working in customer service, ideally in education/tech
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand key data and solve problems
- Customer-centric mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding experiences
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
- English Communication skills (must to have)
- Rotating shifts, weekend working required (no night shifts)
