An Interpreter is responsible for facilitating clear and accurate communication between individuals who speak different languages. The role involves real-time interpretation across diverse industries such as healthcare, education, insurance, and emergency services. Interpreters must be able to handle sensitive information, adapt to different speaking styles, and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Job Requirements:

Strong proficiency in English + Mandarin.
Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work on rotational night shifts (based on Malaysia time).
Stable internet connection (cable/fiber, not broadband/mobile).
Laptop/PC with webcam and updated OS; compatible mobile device (Android 13+ or iOS 16+).
High mental resilience to handle sensitive topics.
Prior interpreting experience is an advantage.
Adaptable, tech-savvy, and able to work in fast-paced environments.
