Key Responsibilities:
- Training Needs Assessment:
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Conduct surveys, interviews, and performance reviews to understand training needs at various organizational levels.
- Design and Develop Training Programs:
- Assist in designing and developing both technical and soft skills training programs.
- Create course materials, presentations, and e-learning content.
- Training Delivery:
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Ensure the proper delivery of training content in both in-person and virtual formats.
- Learning Management System (LMS) Maintenance:
- Maintain and update the company’s LMS.
- Ensure all training programs are effectively uploaded, tracked, and recorded.
- Employee Development:
- Promote continuous learning and growth among employees.
- Guide employees on career development paths and recommend learning opportunities.
- Performance Evaluation & Reporting:
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, assessments, and feedback.
- Generate reports on training metrics and make recommendations for improvements.
- Support Organizational Development:
- Assist in succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend relevant learning interventions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related HR role.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Knowledge of HR systems and performance management tools.
