Job description for Koordinator Thermoforming at PT Polindo Utama

Kualifikasi:

Min. D3/S1 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Industri, atau setara

Pengalaman min. 3 tahun di bidang thermoforming atau produksi plastik — DIUTAMAKAN berpengalaman dengan material PET

Min. 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai supervisor/koordinator

Memahami proses thermoforming (vacuum forming, pressure forming)

Bersedia bekerja shift (termasuk malam)

Jobdesc:

Mengawasi jalannya proses produksi thermoforming sesuai target

Koordinasi antar shift dan pelaporan harian kepada supervisor/manajer

Mengelola troubleshooting masalah mesin dan produk cacat

Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap SOP dan standar K3

Kompetensi:

Mampu membaca gambar teknik dan spesifikasi produk

Memahami parameter mesin: suhu, tekanan, waktu siklus

Menguasai quality control & standar produk thermoforming

Mampu mengoperasikan mesin thermoforming manual/otomatis
