Jr. KOL Specialist (Jr. Influencer Executive )
Qualification / Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and final-semester students are welcome to apply.
- 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing (Beauty industry is a plus).
- Female
- Familiar with KOLs, influencers, affiliate programs, and community management.
- Up-to-date with social media trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and affiliate platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative with strong brainstorming and ideation skills.
- Strong research and data management skills (listing, tracking, reporting).
- Positive attitude and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Actively using TikTok and/or Instagram.
- Able to join ASAP.

Job Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and onboard KOLs/Influencers that align with the brand and target audience, and build strong long-term partnerships.
- Develop, plan, execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end.
- Manage KOL/Influencer performance, monitor campaign results, and improve content quality and effectiveness through data-driven insights.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain administrative documentation including contracts, payments, filing systems, and data tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely delivery.
