Job Description
- Scout nano to macro KOLs across Beauty, Lifestyle
- Negotiate rate cards + deliverables until it's win-win for everyone
- Brief KOLs, follow up, and build long-term partnerships
- Build comunication with the KOL
- Track & report performance: ER, views, save rate, CVR
Qualification:
- Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Business Development, or Digital Marketing. Experience in the beauty industry is preferred
- Strong understanding of beauty industry trends: skincare, makeup, haircare, plus influencer trends on TikTok and Instagram
- Having a KOL/influencer database or network is a plus
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with both influencers and agencies
- Proven experience managing KOL campaigns end-to-end: planning, execution, reporting
- Familiar with digital performance metrics such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, and conversion
- Creative in developing campaign ideas and content briefs that are engaging
- Able to work independently and in a team, with good time management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data analysis skills
- Proficient with supporting tools: Google Sheets, TikTok Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc
- High interest in the beauty world and keeping up with the latest trends is a plus
